All signings will require one valid government ID per signer.  Common identification documents allowed for notarization include:

• State driver’s licenses and non-drivers IDs
• Passports
• Federal IDs such as military identification cards, etc

The length of your signing is dependent on the type of signing and number of pages. One single document being notarized should just take up to 10 minutes.  A full loan package can take up to 30 minutes.
